Very good read with real life methods and tools to develop key coaching methods with the focus around developing the whole person. The mix of methods from different sports is very interesting as is the challenge to all adults to create the right environment for players to develop and perform. The book is a step further that the original "developing decision makers" but the principles are the same. I am constantly working on the methods I have picked up from the book which challenges you to become a more effective coach with reasoning to your profession.
